Since then, we have designed and created a brand-new app for both mobile platforms (IOS & Android), redesigned and rebuilt a new back-end system to receive and manage orders and produced all of their website collateral.
The project has been designed and built in-house by BPI ROK’s app teams in the UK and Lithuania, in collaboration with the client’s team and their EPOS partner MSL. Created in Agile, the project has been delivered on time and budget.
Elliot Hall, Zapaygo’s CEO, said “It’s been a pleasure to work with BPI ROK at all levels, from their senior team to the tech guys on the bench. They have delivered everything we asked for and more. We are moving forward into next year with this team and I’m looking forward to a long term and fruitful relationship between the two businesses”
Zapaygo has just signed a 10-year deal with the NEC Group to be their exclusive mobile payments provider. BPI ROK will provide the technical integration and front-end design.
About Zapaygo & the NEC Group
The seamless payment is created by the Zapaygo system which links all the relevant parties – service providers, merchants, electronic points of sale and consumers – will allow visitors to the Group’s venues to pre-order, re-order and pay for food and beverages using their mobile phones.
John Morton, Chairman of Zapaygo, said “When our App is live customers will be able to use it at a range of different food and beverage outlets across the NEC Group’s venues. At Zapaygo, we aim to be leaders in our field and a seamless customer journey when it comes to simplicity of order and payment processing.”
The Zapaygo app will be launched at the NEC, ICC, Vox, Genting Arena and Arena Birmingham in 2018. See their announcement here
